Add two curious toddlers ……
…aaaand they preferred to drop stones into the water!
L was seriously not impressed with what I had done to the balloons and wandered off! K’s love of water was enough to keep him interested in the activity and he did eventually progress to exploring the balloons.
The suddenly became more interesting when he found he could drop them and they bounced around!
Now this was very funny!
They were a bit tricky to pick up though….
..and K adopted a scooping approach.
He had great fun chasing them around the garden…
…and dropping them back into the bucket.
Here the balloon popped, it took K a while to work out where it had gone!
Once he had worked out what had happened, he still returned the popped balloon to the tub!
The fun was still going on when the older children came home from school
Hmmm K’s aim is a little off here…
