Heart-Shaped Dreamcatchers

We cut the floral wire into various sizes to make different sized hearts. Next, I bent the wire into the shape of a heart and wrapped the first round of yarn around the center to create a frame for the kids to follow.

My daughter took over and picked out a different color of yarn to add to the heart. You have to wrap the yarn tightly around the wire (and sometimes knot it) to get it to stay. This was tricky for her and definitely required some help–but teamwork got it done!
