Working with toddlers, it’s always difficult to find crafts they can do that don’t require a lot of adult help. 🙂
Even better though, you don’t need a huge amount of stuff, just glue, lasagne sheets, glitter and a bauble template.
The children started off by gluing the lasagne sheet.
Next the children added glitter to their lasagne sheet. The more glitter the better here!
Normally they are not happy until the glitter shakers are empty!
You then need to leave the glue to dry, this doesn’t take long and ours were dry within half an hour. Once dried, the children need to break the pasta into small pieces.
The children really enjoyed this part!
They then sorted the pasta pieces into pots…..
…and glued them onto their bauble templates.
And here are their finished baubles. They look pretty effective for such a simple and easy craft:-)
Later they enjoyed exploring (selecting and throwing on the floor!!) the glittery lasagne pieces.
