TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contest period: 20.03.2014   to 15.04.2014

2. Eligibility: Contest is open to all Montessori teachers and Montessori trainees in India. Any national working or undergoing  Montessori teachers training in India during the contest period could also apply.

3. Only one entry per person will be considered and multiple entries would lead to disqualification.

4. If you win a competition, we will notify by e-mail or phone number provided at the time of entering the contest within 48 working hours of the closing date. If you do not respond within 48 hrs of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and Nienhuis-Bluebell reserves the right to choose another winner.

5. The winners would be requested to e-mail their Montessori teachers training certificate/training institute I.D card/Admission form in order to claim their prizes. Inability to provide the same within 48hrs of being notified would lead to disqualification.Nienhuis-Bluebell reserves the right to choose another winner.

6. The result would be announced to all contestants by e-mail or phone at Nienhuis-Bluebell discretion.

7. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prizes.

8. Nienhuis-Bluebell will endeavor to send prizes within a month of competition end date to the Indian postal address given at the time of entering into the contest.

9. Nienhuis-Bluebell decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
